Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before May 5, 2025 receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee. Cancellations received between May 6 and June 5, 2025 will be refunded at 50% minus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 5, 2025.

All conference delegates share the responsibility for creating a respectful environment. UBC does not tolerate harassment, defined as objectionable and unwanted behaviour that is verbally or physically abusive that creates a hostile or intimidating environment, including unwanted sexual advances. Harassment may be intentional or unintentional. In addition, the BC Human Rights Act forbids discrimination based on age, ancestry, colour, family status, marital status, physical or mental disability, place of origin, political belief, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression.
