Guidelines for Abstract Preparation

• Contributed abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentations.
• If your abstract is not selected for an oral presentation, you will be offered a poster slot.
• Oral presentations will be 12 minutes followed by a 3-minute question period.
• Abstracts should be no more than 250 words, and must use Arial font, 12 point, see below for example.
• Submissions deadline has been extended to March 31st, 2025.
• Abstracts should be written in English and submitted as a word or pdf file through the submit now botton..

Topics: The following topics will be considered for talks and posters:

• Primary Cell Walls
• Pectin
• Cellulose
• Hemicellulose
• Lignin
• Cell wall in development
• Cell walls interactions with environment including signaling
• Cell wall applications

List of Authors: Include the first and last names of all contributing authors.

Affiliations: Indicate the affiliation of each author using superscript numbers.

Body of the Abstract: Maximum of 250 words. Should contain a brief introduction, including a rationale for the work, a statement of the objectives, a brief explanation of the methods, the key results of the research, and a brief conclusion that puts the research findings into context. The abstract should be typed as a single paragraph and must contain complete sentences with correct grammar and spelling. It should not contain references.

• It is strongly recommended to have the abstract reviewed for English composition, grammar, and style before submission
• The Program Committee may refuse submissions if the theme or quality are unsuitable, or the submission is incomplete.
