Guidelines for Poster Preparations

•  Highlight the main point in a concise title so that it can be read from about 2 metres away.
• Limit the text to what the viewer needs to understand the work if you are not there to explain (usuallly 300-800 words.
• Use meaningful images, graphics, or charts to convey information.
• Use simple sans-serif font like Calibri or Arial.
• Make it accessible: consider some people cannot distinguish red/green or be able to see small details.
• Include your name, co-authors, affiliations, and your email.
